As civilians were being killed in Syria, the UN's top human rights body was busy holding its ritual UN Day of Hate, against Israel.
One day devoted to targeting Israel is a permanent feature of every council meeting, under its only country-specific agenda item, entitled "the Human rights situation in Palestine and other occupied Arab territories." First came the world's worst abusers of human rights.
