    Debris from the rocket launched by North Korea this week was transported to a South Korean military base on Friday, local media reported.





    Footage broadcast by South Korean broadcaster Yonhap was said to show a South Korean navy ship carrying parts of "Unha-3."



    South Korea government does not intend to return the debris to North Korea.





    "It is our principle that we do not return a weapon to an enemy state," South Korean Defence Ministry spokesman said.
