Justin Bieber apologizes for his pot smoking scandal! But is this incident really that big of a deal, or are fans overreacting?
So it seems like The Biebs is off to a rocky 2013! This weekend TMZ published incriminating photos of the teen sensation at a party, smoking what looks like a blunt.
According to a source, Justin's new bff Lil Twist was the one providing the drugs to party goers.
After the photos surfaced, Bieber tweeted what seemed like an apology.
