NYPD officers at the 44th precinct in the Bronx felt it necessary to handcuff a 7 year old child for over 7 hours while threatening to put him in prison with hardened criminals.
Myself and others as well as whistle blower NYPD officers have been warning the public that the department is only interested in making arrest and writing tickets, not protecting citizens and reports like this one prove it.
