The tragedy in Tumon, Guam's tourism district.
Occurred around 10:30 Tuesday evening.
"He came out of the parking lot of globe and he started revving his engine," said a female eyewitness.
She said it happened so fast she saw a man, now identified as 21-year-old Chad Ryan Desoto, revved his car engine and then sped on to the sidewalk pummeling over several tourists.
