Bayer CEO, Marijn Dekkers, recently addressed the issue of an Indian pharmaceutical company manufacturing a knock-off of Bayer's cancer drug, Nexavar.
Most Indians cannot afford the liver and kidney cancer drug, so Natco Pharmaceuticals created their own version.
Bayer and other American pharmaceuticals are angry at this.
And Dekkers said something especially worrisome recently about the practice.
