UN official says Britain's unmanned drone fleet could soon be redeployed to Africa and the Middle East, following the military's withdrawal from Afghanistan.
That's sparked fears of more collateral damage, with some observers accusing the UK of failing to fully account for the civilian deaths already caused by its Afghan drone campaign.
