Brazilian jail cells are overflowing.
The largest country in South America houses more than half-a-million prisoners, the fourth-highest in the world.
Yet, it has room for only 300-thousand.
In the past year, at least 200 inmates have been murdered, and prison officials point the finger to severe overcrowding.
