US President Barack Obama reiterates his threats against Russia over its actions in Crimea.
Obama says Moscow will pay a high price if the country does not change its stance towards Ukraine.
Obama made the remarks during a press conference of the EU-US summit in Brussels.
The US president also emphasized the united position of the US and EU on Russia.
He said Washington and its partners in Europe are ready to provide Ukraine with economic aid, while tightening sanctions on Russia.
Earlier this week, Obama dismissed Moscow as a world power.
He said Russia's actions are threatening Europe's order, and demanded a punishing international response.
