Biden spoke at the American Red Cross Hall of Service in Washington, DC.
Hosted by the Council on Foundations and the White Oak Steering Committee, the event signaled the launch of Philanthropy -- Joining Forces Impact Pledge, which brought together the philanthropic community to make commitments that will support veterans, service members, survivors, and military families.
