The Health Ministry says three women have died of the virus, in Riyadh, Taif, and Jeddah.
According to the ministry, 520 cases have been recorded in Saudi Arabia since MERS first appeared in the kingdom in 20-12.
There's currently no known antidote for the virus.
The World Health Organization has raised the alarm over the potentially fatal disease worldwide.
It has asked governments to implement necessary measures to prevent and control the infection.
