Global condemnations continue to pour in over Israel’s settlement expansion plan, with Bulgaria being the latest addition to the list.
The Bulgarian deputy foreign minister has denounced Israel’s plan to build more than 2600 settler units in the occupied West Bank.
The top diplomat has demanded that Israel reverse its project because it jeopardizes any peace plan with Palestinians.
Earlier, the United States, the European Union as well as rights groups condemned Israel, urging it to stop its settlement construction projects on Palestinian land.
But despite the growing international criticism, Israeli authorities have said that Tel Aviv will press ahead with its settlement expansion plan and that it’ll never apologize for it.
