The UK police watchdog has cleared officers involved in the fatal shooting of unarmed black man, Mark Duggan, in London more than three years ago.
The Independent Police Complaints Commission cleared the officers of any wrongdoing, citing a lack of audio or video material.
The commission said it was impossible to know with certainty what exactly happened when the 29-year-old was gunned down by Metropolitan Police in Tottenham in 2011.
Representatives from the Duggan family dismissed the report as plainly wrong.
Duggan's killing sent shockwaves across Britain and triggered the worst protests in modern English history.
Last year, Britain's high court sparked outrage among Duggan's family by ruling that his death at the hands of police was lawful.
