The Pentagon recently released an announcement detailing a $700 million defense contract to Raytheon to beef up the North American Aerospace Defense Command Cheyenne Mountain Complex - that mountain bunker of paranoia it built back in 1957.
The bunker has been inactive for about a decade, but now, the Pentagon is sinking tons of money back into beefing it back up again.
