Reports say a series of US-led airstrikes on a Syrian village have killed at least 60 civilians.
According to a London-based Syrian opposition group, the airstrikes targeted the village of Brimahle in the northern Aleppo province.
The village is controlled by the ISIL militants.
According to the group, the casualties include seven children.
Meanwhile, thirteen other civilians are still trapped in the rubble.
Earlier the US Central Command, which oversees military operations in Iraq and Syria, said the US-led forces carried out six airstrikes in the north on Thursday and Friday.
Last month, Syrian opposition sources reported that 66 civilians were killed during seven months of US-led coalition airstrikes in Syria.
