Isreal's Supreme Court has allowed authorities to demolish a Palestinian village in northern Negev region.
The court has ruled that Umm al-Hiran Bedouin village is built on Israel’s land and should be replaced with Israeli settlements.
The village is home to 700 Palestinians.
The families there had filed a petition to prevent the demolition of their houses.
But the court rejected their appeal and said they have no right to the land.
On Monday, another court in Israel approved a request from the authorities to demolish a village in the city of al-Khalil, also known as Hebron.
The ruling would make 450 Palestinians in Khirbet Susiya homeless.
The residents there say Israel wants to displace the villagers and build a park for settlers.
