Protesters in New York have held a rally to express their anger at what they described as US media’s role in promoting war and conflict around the globe.
The protesters rallied outside a building belonging to American news network, CNN.
They denounced the influence of US media on the public and the war interests of corporations.
The event was organized by the International Action Center which is an activist group that opposes US wars abroad.
