Kansas Governor Sam Brownback has implemented unacceptably horrid tax policies that has made Kansas an economic disaster area.
He’s cut taxes for the wealthy and corporations in the state, which has forced budget cuts for education and public services.
And what’s the result? The state still has an enormous deficit.
