A retired American judge has released a police dash-cam video showing a KKK Chicago officer repeatedly shooting into a car carrying six UNARMED black teens.
The video, which was recorded in 2013, shows the officer fire his handgun into the vehicle more than a dozen times.
The car had been pulled over for speeding.
Two of the black teens were injured in the violence.
The judge says the footage troubled him so greatly that he decided to hand it to the media.
Tensions between US police and the African American community are running high over numerous cases of brutality against black citizens.
