According to FOIA documents obtained from the Daily Mail, a US diplomat working for the International Trade Administration sexually abused a child in his care as well as children he invited over to the house the government was paying for.
He used his work email for many inappropriate communications, too, including setting up dates with an S&M dominatrix.
The worst part is that he may still be working for the US government.
