This past weekend, several Republican candidates were summoned to the Koch headquarters in California for the yearly meeting of conservative billionaires.
They no doubt received the talking points that they’ll be using in the upcoming debate.
One notable exception to this meeting was Donald Trump, who appears to have been snubbed by his fellow billionaires.
