At a rally in South Carolina this week, Bernie Sanders made it clear that the Koch Brothers are the public face of everything wrong with both politics and corporate greed.
Sanders told the crowd of 3,000 people that there is absolutely no reason why these two men with a combined net worth of over $85 billion should ever feel the need to have more money than they already possess.
And he’s absolutely correct in this assessment.
The Koch brothers are going to spend upwards of one billion dollars on the 2016 election, and the sheer fact that they both have this kind of spending money and that they can legally use it to buy politicians is beyond absurd.
