More people in Britain are signing a petition, calling on the government to arrest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during his upcoming visit to London.
Nearly 100,000 people have signed the petition posted on the UK's parliament website.
They demand that Netanyahu be arrested upon arrival in London next week.
They also criticize Netanyahu for the massacre of Palestinians during Israel’s 50-day war on Gaza last year.
If the petition collects 100,000 signatures, it must be debated in the UK's parliament.
The British government has ruled out arresting Netanyahu, saying certain high-ranking officials have immunity under British and international law.
Israel has rejected the petition as meaningless.
