Local prosecutors in Pasco county in the state of Washington say they couldn’t find the presence of malice in the case of Antonio Zambrano-Montes.
Zambrano-Montes’s family said they were disgusted and disappointed by the decision.
The killing of the 35-year-old farm-worker took place at a busy intersection in Pasco where police said Zambrano-Montes threw rocks at them.
The victim’s family said he suffered from several personal problems including depression and joblessness.
