Wisconsin governor Scott Walker was expected to enter this presidential race and immediately shoot to the top of the polls, or at least, that’s what his wealthy donors like the Koch brothers and ALEC thought would happen.
But today, Walker sits in the middle of the pack, making absurd statements about building a wall between the United States and Canada.
